Please check your details before you book and review all aspects of your reservation to verify (but not limited to): passenger names, mailing address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, pricing, airfare, arrival/departure airports, travel dates, accommodations, and organized activities in your booking receipt. Incorrect or incomplete details may result in the cancellation of your reservation, and you may be charged for any fees incurred by us to amend or cancel any incorrect bookings made by you. You voluntarily assume full and sole responsibility for any and all risks and/or costs involved.
International travelers should have a valid passport and the appropriate visa for their destination. Any traveler with a tourist visa must possess a return or onward ticket, and their passport should be valid for six months from the date of travel. The responsibility for all travel documents lies with the traveler. They should verify all travel-related documents, including passport, visa, vaccination records, and any other entry or travel requirements for each destination before purchasing a ticket.
Before you book or travel, it is your sole responsibility to check for any travel restrictions, advisories, or document requirements issued by the relevant State or Government. We are not responsible for advising you on these matters.
Any special requests or bookings made offline are subject to availability, any additional fees, and supplier conditions.
Prices:
The price shown is not guaranteed until you purchase the product and we receive the final payment. Prices may change at any time before you complete full payment, and you will be liable for any such increase in full. Airfare, hotels, holiday packages, and all other products listed here are subject to availability, and prices can change at any time based on supplier conditions. A credit card transaction fee may apply and is dependent on the card issuer.
If there is an increase in a tax, fee, or charge shown on the document, or if a new tax, fee, or charge is imposed even after the document is issued, you will be required to pay it. Additionally, in the event that any fees or taxes that were inadvertently not collected at the time of booking will also be payable by you at the airport or hotel during check-in.
Prices are shown in the currency you selected, with the exchange rate calculated and updated on our website daily. Prices may vary each day due to fluctuations in the exchange rate, which is determined by us.
Payment conditions:
We accept major credit and debit cards, subject to local regulations. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Modification , Cancellation & Refunds:
Modification or cancellation of bookings is subject to the terms and conditions set by the concerned supplier and the applicable charges mentioned by them. Please read the fare rules carefully before purchasing any product. Once you confirm the booking, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions associated with your purchase. In addition to the modification or cancellation fees set by the supplier, there will be a service fee charged by us, and you are responsible for paying this in full.
Some products are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-CHANGEABLE. In this case, no change or refund requests will be entertained. Some fares are NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-CHANGEABLE in the event of a NO-SHOW or if you did not check in for your hotel or trips as confirmed.
Modification or cancellation requests for permits according to fare rules must be made by you through our support team during office hours. Any modification or cancellation requested directly with suppliers will not be effective and may still result in full charges to you.
Processing time for refunds may vary by supplier. All refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for booking. The refunded amount will be credited only to the account of the credit card holder who paid for the ticket or other travel-related services. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made using fraudulent credit cards.

Delivery policy:
All products and services purchased on this website, along with their transaction receipts, will be delivered as printable electronic tickets or vouchers after the successful completion of your purchase. Your ticket or voucher will be available for download for a limited time from the page confirming your successful purchase and will also be sent as a permanent record to the email address you provide at the time of purchase.
If you decide not to download your ticket/voucher from the page on this website that confirms the successful completion of your purchase, you must verify that you have received the ticket/voucher for your purchase via e-mail and promptly notify us if you have not received it within one hour after completing your purchase successfully.
We will not be liable if you do not receive your ticket/voucher because the email address you provided at the time of purchase could not receive the email containing your ticket/voucher after your successful completion of the purchase or for up to twenty-four hours thereafter for any reason whatsoever.
Conditions of Carriage:
Despite any contrary provisions in these Terms and Conditions, the transportation of passengers and their baggage by air will be governed by the Conditions of Carriage of the relevant carrier, as well as the provisions of the Warsaw Convention (as amended, if applicable) and national laws.

Subject to applicable law, under no circumstances, including negligence, will Safariyati or its employees or parent company Al Hashar Tourism and Travels LLC be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. This includes, without limitation, loss of revenue or anticipated profits, loss of goodwill, loss of business, loss of data, computer failure or malfunction, or any other damages.
Arbitration:
If any disputes arise between us during your use of the Site or thereafter, related to and stemming from your use or attempted use of this Site, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration. The place of arbitration shall be Muscat, and the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.
